After hiring Luke over a year ago to do a small project, I was so happy that since then he has touched every room in my condo. Everything from renovating my kitchen and bathrooms to new flooring, removing ceiling popcorn, installing fans, fixtures and helping me find everything needed to do the job. He has gone over and above in every single way even to putting up picture panels over my bed. He has installed shelves in closets, put in a screen door and I am totally happy with everything done. Having him and Jay in my home working was like having family around. They are awesome! Only sad that I have nothing else for him to do! I found Fawcett Construction, among others, recommended on a local community forum. I got 3 quotes to do crown molding. I went with Fawcett based on the price and meet and greet - Luke (the owner) is super friendly! My instincts were right - Fawcett did a great job. While Luke was working on the crown molding I asked his opinion on a spot I suspected to be water damage. It took him about 10 minutes to accurately diagnose the problem. It was water damage. He popped in 3 days later to fix it the problem. Phew! A month later, I needed a few things done: light fixture hung, faucet installed, and window shutters reinstalled after painting. Again, I was not let down by Fawcett Construction. Great work & fair price by a reputable business. You can't go wrong. Call Fawcett for a quote - you won't regret it!

Luke & his crew were here last week. In less than 6 days they did the following: painted my entire condo - ceiling, walls & trim, replaced 3 fans w/ new ones each w/ 2 remote controls, replaced all 7 closet doors w/ new wood doirs, wallpapered 2 walls, installed a new mirror & light fixture in my bathroom, put a push button lock on my front door, added a new pneumatic control & a new latch on my screen door, and repaired a slider where the door frame was pulled away from the glass. I wasn’t sure that could be repaired & was concerned that we’d need a new slider. But Luke repaired it! All of this in 5-1/2 days. The crew was very nice, and they removed their trash & vacuumed constantly to keep things clean. They left my place in good condition every day. It was a lot of work & many changes that made a significant change in the look of my condo. It is now fresh & clean and up to date. And they did it all in less than 6 days. I highly recommend them for all of yr home or business jobs. Luke is very fair w/ his prices & brings his work in for the quoted price. You can add extras if you need them. We found Luke Fawcett through a friend who had renovations completed and they were very happy with the work. His knowledge, craftsmanship, fair pricing, and effort to complete the work in a timely manner is outstanding. Needed some manual labor done with moving some outdoor concrete furniture into place. He responded quickly and arrived on time. They were more than happy to do the work requested of them. They were even able to teach me a few things about concrete adhesives and that goes a long way with me. I would recommend to anyone having any type of project that they may need help with.
